Deposits: By submitting payment for a deposit, you are agreeing to our terms (below). Please read them very carefully. When you select your deposit, you will be redirected to Google's secure payment website.

TERMS: ("Studio" or "the studio" refers to Photography by Van Pelt, and "you," "your," and "the client" refers to the client.)

PORTRAIT SESSION DEPOSIT TERMS: A $20 deposit is required for portrait sessions. This deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to your session and/or print order. Rescheduling is permitted 48 hours before your session. Specials or expired coupons cannot be honored if they go off special or if the coupon expires between the time of the orginal session and the rescheduled session. Rescheduling within a 48 hour window of the session will result in a loss of the deposit. Rescheduling may be permitted due to weather only at the discretion of the photographer.

CONSULTATION DEPOSIT TERMS: A $10 deposit is required for consultations. This deposit will be refunded entirely when the client shows up on time for the consultation. Postponing is permitted if done so 5 hours or more before the scheduled consultation. Deposits will not be refunded if the consultation is cancelled by the client. IF THE CLIENT CANCELS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, A $50 CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED TO THEIR CREDIT CARD.

WEDDING OR EVENT DEPOSIT TERMS: A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a date of an event. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Studio and the client, a remainder of the total of 50% of the total event package price must be paid within 7 days of today's date to keep the date reserved. If this amount is not paid, the deposit will be forfitted by the client and the date will not be saved. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your date is still available before you put down your deposit! If your date is already booked by someone else, your deposit will not be refunded if you do not check with us to make sure that we still have it available.
